CANCELLATION POLICY

MY CLIENTS ARE IMPORTANT TO ME, AS YOUR APPOINTMENT IS JUST FOR YOU. SO IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, 24 HOUR NOTICE CAN HELP ME TO ADJUST MY SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE ANOTHER CLIENT WAITING FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

 

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE MISSED APPOINTMENT WHICH WILL NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED.

 

LATE CANCELATIONS WITHIN 8 HOURS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED LATE CANCELATIONS OF PREPAID APPOINTMENTS WITH LESS THAN 8 HOURS NOTICE MAY FORFEIT THE COST OF THE APPOINTMENT.

 

I UNDERSTAND THAT UNAVOIDABLE ISSUES DO HAPPEN AND I WILL DO MY BEST TO WORK WITH YOU IN CASES OF EMERGENCIES. THESE CHARGES MAY BE WAIVED AT MY DISCRETION .
